Conscious Live Privacy Policy
Conscious Live is a private activity dashboard for its owner and the owner’s separately authenticated existing assistant. This information site does not provide access to the dashboard. Gmail authorization and the complete notification-and-receipt test remain incomplete.
Information stored
The app stores authenticated owner identity, explicitly published task updates, timestamps and review requests. Requests include an opaque ID, task reference, last known status, optional note, delivery information, acknowledgment and recorded review outcome. The app can also record the owner’s confirmation of an agreed notification-and-receipt test.
Gmail access
Gmail authorization and sending are not currently enabled. If the owner later enables and authorizes this feature, the app will request only this permission:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send
It will send minimal notifications to one fixed owner-controlled inbox. Each email contains a fixed subject marker and an opaque request ID, without task titles, notes, files or activity history. The app does not request permission to read, search, modify or delete Gmail messages.
The existing assistant’s incoming-email automation uses its own separately authorized connection. Email is only a signal: the assistant must retrieve the request through the app’s owner-authenticated tools before acknowledging or reviewing it. An email or request ID alone grants no access.
Credential protection
Google client credentials saved through the private setup page are encrypted in the app’s database. If Gmail authorization is later enabled and completed, its refresh token will also be stored encrypted. The encryption key is held in server-only runtime secrets. Saved secrets and tokens are not returned by the app’s status pages.
Use and service providers
Information supports the dashboard, request delivery, duplicate prevention, retries and accurate status reporting. Google processes OAuth exchanges and notification emails when those features are used. The app’s Sites and Cloudflare hosting services process app requests and stored data. The assistant service processes context retrieved through its separately authorized connection.
Google Sites hosts this information site. Its handling of visitor information is described in Google’s Privacy Policy:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
The app does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or training generalized AI models. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements:
https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy
Retention and deletion
Activity history, requests, delivery information and confirmation records are retained until the owner arranges deletion. No automatic deletion period is configured. Canceling a request preserves its history and cannot recall an email already in flight.
The owner can revoke Google access through Google Account connection settings. Revocation does not itself delete dashboard history, encrypted records or previously delivered email. Data-removal requests can be sent to the contact below. The app currently has no one-click history-deletion interface.
Private content
The app is intended for concise published summaries, not hidden assistant reasoning, internal prompts, credentials or raw tool output. Dashboard and setup access remain owner-restricted. A functioning connection does not prove that the assistant is working or authorize a blocked action.
