Conscious Live is a private activity dashboard for its owner’s existing Conscious assistant. It displays published work updates in separate task lanes, with timestamped history and information about how recently each task was checked.
Updates may include goals, actions, findings, brief decision explanations and next steps. The app does not automatically capture every assistant action or collect private internal reasoning.
“Poke Conscious” saves a request for the assistant to review a task. It does not approve blocked actions or grant additional access.
When authorized and enabled, the Gmail connection sends a minimal notification to one fixed owner-controlled inbox. Each email contains only a fixed subject marker and an opaque request ID. Task details remain inside the authenticated app, and the ID alone grants no access.
Gmail authorization and the complete notification-and-receipt test are not yet complete. Saving a request does not mean the assistant has received it or resumed work.
